Once inside make sure you open EVERY door and kill EVERY enemy you come across. Once you have everything killed the magical field will vanish. Before placing the artifact there is a secondary quest with the colored stones you might want to complete first. (secrets of xeria's temple).
Use the artifact on the statue and enter the next area. Follow the quest indicator arrow till you come across the shard. Here you will come across the the Act 1 Boss the giant tri-headed snake. He is quite easy and once defeated destroy the shard and enter the portal. |
