This Quest is mainly to get a bit around in Eirulan. The Apprentice requires the receipe for an Armor , but she cant remember it.
So she asks you , to go to the great hall , and find the Tome of Smithing. Once found , you have to go back , and tell her
the receipe written in the Tome.
